live22 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the live22 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all the conditions stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the live22 platform.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the live22 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and live22 reserves the right to terminate the account of any user found to be underage.
You also confirm that your use of the online entertainment platform is permitted under the laws applicable in your region. live22 is not responsible for any violations of local laws committed by users.
By continuing to use the platform after any changes to these terms, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform and close your account.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Verification
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the live22 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid phone number and an active email address.
Live22 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to complete the verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Password Security & Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. live22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your login information to a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact customer support immediately.
You are required to notify live22 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless it can be clearly demonstrated that such access occurred without your knowledge or consent.
Prohibited User Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery or manipulation in transactions or gameplay.
- Distributing unlawful, threatening, defamatory or rights-infringing content through the platform.
- Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the systems and infrastructure of the live22 platform.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Payment Methods
All transactions on the live22 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Online), FPX, and local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Deposits credited to a live22 account are non-reversible. Any erroneous or excess deposits must be reported to customer support within 24 hours for further investigation. live22 is not responsible for failed deposits resulting from third-party system failures, such as those involving banks or digital wallet providers.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed account verification process. live22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal to satisfy due diligence requirements and prevent financial fraud. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
Minimum and maximum limits for each withdrawal are stated in the wallet section of your account. live22 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of the terms of use.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Live22 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of the terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any operational reason deemed necessary. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method once the verification process is complete.
Platform Liability Limits
Live22 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis, with no implied or express warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, data accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. live22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, data loss or internet connectivity issues.
Game results generated by the system are final. live22 is not responsible for any discrepancy between user expectations and actual game outcomes as determined by the random number generator or live game process.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the live22 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is the exclusive property of live22 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. live22 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Live22 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest changes. The most recent effective date will always be displayed at the top of this document.
Significant changes to the terms will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the live22 platform will be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, and if necessary, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
